*we did something like this to fulfill our NHS service requirement in high school. Bought the ingredients, made the breakfast at home, and served it before school started.*
Reason: Maybe not the funniest response, but I absolutely love the idea. It definitely teaches a lesson that apparently is not soon forgotten.

In an interesting spin on the creative discipline, and with the blessing the the principal and superintendent, the cafeteria workers brought in the guilty students and required that they eat the tossed tidbits until the place was sparkling clean.

The kids had to put on their lunch lady hats and serve food for the rest of the week.

The lunch ladies got to throw food at the kids.
