Lions and Lambs

Take Two: Given a second chance, how would this be different? Rewrite the ending to a book, movie, scene, fable, quote, etc.

Tomorrow is March 1st. Traditionally, the saying goes:
In like a lion, out like a lamb.
Play editor and write your own version of the idiom.

Interested in the origin of this saying? It has something to do with constellations and Leo, the Lion, and Aries, the ram or lamb. Planetary alignment and all that jazz.

We Have A Winner!!! 03/09/10
Background: The grifters swindled some simple local folks out of their hard-earned savings; then beat it before the long arm of the law could nab them.

Hence: In like a-lyin', out on the lam.
Winner: JazzBumpa
Reason: Very clever. Very clever indeed.

March comes in like a blizzard and goes out like a mudslide.

Madame March, you're being quite kind.
So far, you've left winter behind.
So I really must say,
I'd like you to stay.
Keep it cool, and don't change your mind!

March starts with snowfall.
Then sun, snow, sun, and more snow;
Finally April.
